….But also Sexy at any age! I firmly believe that we all get not older, but better!

I certainly feel that I am smarter, wiser, sexier and have a lot more personal style now, at 35 than I did when I was in my 20s. For instance I now have a better idea of what looks good on me, the sort of clothes that suit my body type and more importantly my personality. I perhaps have more confidence in the person that I am now, that I have evolved into.

Yesterday was mother’s day and though I kids are too small for Mother’s day to make any kind of sense to them, it was a time for me to deliberate what motherhood means to me.

Apart from irreversibly changing my body, motherhood has also irreversibly changed my mind and spirit. I have grown as a person and evolved into a more selfless human being. What motherhood has done to my body is add some impossible to budge inches at my waist. I tried to get rid of those inches, but quite frankly I did not try too hard, because one of my mottos is “if it is too difficult, don’t do it”.

The wisdom that my age has brought me, has taught me that I am beautiful now, more than ever before. This is because I am a more evolved person, more at ease with myself and more confident than ever before. People love me just the way I am, warts, waistline and all!

Perhaps Nancy as a photographic model, is in a better position to advice on how to dress to suit individual body types, but I more able to work this out for myself now, than ever before. I can now dress to give an illusion of my nonexistent waistline, emphasize rather nice rear end (which I am quite justifiably proud of), and then if men want to talk to my chest instead of my face, let them! You got it, flaunt it I say! It is just a matter of realizing what looks good on each of us and having the confidence to carry it off!
