Now, it’s time to show you ways to:
Live in the Moment.
* Breathe
* Laugh
* Listen
* Look people in the eyes
* Get into your “Flow” (playing piano, drawing, acting, teaching)
* Talk a walk in nature
* Visualize the life you want and move towards it each day
. . . and most importantly,
surround yourself with positive people who make you feel good about yourself!
