What Energizes Your Soul?

Now that we went over the “Energy Drainers!” yesterday, it’s time to give you ways which will make you FEEL GOOD inside!

These are what I call “Energy Lifters”.

Ask your body, “will doing this lift my spirits?”

You will most likely get a light free feeling in your body if it’s an energy LIFTER - and it’s best to embrace it!
