Life is a series of empowering or draining experiences.
Subconsciously the energy we pick up around us can determine how we feel inside which then affects our whole being: body, mind and soul.
Scan the list below and when you see a word that catches your eye, write it down.
That word you see is an “energy drainer” which might be exhausting you of your power.
Reflect a bit on this word then let it go.
Replace the word with the OPPOSITE. If you are tired of being “sick”, tell yourself you are ready to be “healthy”. Here goes!

A good way to make decisions is to ask your body “will this drain me?”
You will most likely get a heavy feeling in your body if it’s an energy DRAINER - and it’s best to avoid it!
