It’s easy to think, “If only I were _____” or “I should be like _____ ” or even “When I finally get _____ then life will finally begin!”

We’ve all be trapped into this kind of thinking at SOME point.

Maybe you’re telling yourself, “If only I were 132 pounds THEN I’ll be happy!”

“I should look attractive like HER or HIM but I’m not.” But when I AM, then.. oh yes, THEN I’ll start living my real life.

STOP IT!

Let it Go.

You are good enough just the way you are - right now.

By focusing on the illusions of “shoulds” it keeps you stuck. It’s a way for the mind to project into the future of that “one day”… that one day which never comes!

Let go of these beliefs so you can truly be happy in the present moment -the only moment you got.
