Tip#7 Indulge with a Sensual Snack

Whether you are sharing with someone you love or just indulging your own sweet tooth, sometimes food can bring out the Sexy Self.

Some sensual, rich foods that can get your stress to melt away and your sexiness to surge include: any juicy ripe fruit (pineapple, oranges, peaches, cherries), melted chocolate (for dipping or smothering ice cream and brownies), grapes, boxed chocolate (I like See’s or Ghiradelli, both have variety boxes that are full of delicious surprises) and sorbet.

If you are just watching a movie, finishing off a great dinner with something sweet or having a special snack on a leisurely weekend day, you deserve something decadent! Food has long been known to relax, revitalize and help re-sex-i-fy tired couples in the bedroom! So, indulge yourself!

*ACTION TIP! Any food that is rich will do – be willing to experiment with your taste buds and mix things like chocolate, honey or powdered sugar with a variety of fruits. Fondue with chocolate is also a sexy surprise after a meal that can often lead to feeding one another…
